Entertaining at the cabin - A Pinterest Win!!!

Friday we had Nick and Victoria and their sweet little girl, June Lee over for the evening. Wayne used to work with Nick.

Spanikopita & 'Man Cupcakes'

The man cupcakes turned out exactly like they looked on Pinterest!! It was a very proud moment. They were delicious too.  I think their real name is something super fancy, probably in French, but we just call them man cupcakes. They are basically tiny meatloaf bites topped with sweet potatoes...plus fancy spices and sauces to make it delicious.
