This week was drawing class for Pippy. Below is a tractor:

We got out an infant proof paint project for Brynn. 

She liked it, although it only lasted about 30 seconds. 

Read a thought provoking statistic recently - something like 95% of kids say they are 'good at drawing' at age 4....by age 10 only about 15% still believe they are 'good at drawing'. 

Splash Park

So, apparently the cool thing now-a-days for suave stay-at-home mommies is the splash park. And our town is now awesome enough to have one. We met some friends am had a picnic lunch. 

(Yes, we are entertained by a few water fountains shooting out of the ground. Yes, this is characterized as a fun day out before naps. No, we really don't have anything else to occupy our time. Yes, we love our summer days!)

Cookout near Hennen Canyon

 We grilled dinner and had a nice evening with the girls. Daddy and Pippy roasted marshmallows.
